Question: How is it possible to select a suitable seat in the hall?

Answer: To select a suitable seat in the hall click „Show seating chart“, a new window appears, where is possible to select wanted seats by clicking on them with mouse. Then proceed by clicking „Add to basket“ (is located on the right side of the window).

Question: I have bought E-tickets, how will i get them?

Answer: E-tickets should be downloaded and printed out from Ticketpro weshop https://shop.ticketpro.lv/login.asp?lang=EN, where You have to log in with Your User name and Password.

Question: How will I get the E-tickets when I have forgotten my webshop User name and Password?

Answer: If You have forgotten Your User name and Password go to website https://shop.ticketpro.lv/login.asp?lang=EN and click on the link which is located in the second sentence from above „If you are already registered user and forgot your password click here please“.

A new page will appear, where fill out fields User name and E-mail (in case You have also forgotten the User name, leave this field empty and enter only E-mail) and click „Send“. Following instructions will be sent to Your e-mail.

Question: I have bought E-tickets, what format should be used to print them out?

Answer: E-tickets should be printed out as A4 (usually set as default) and every E-ticket should be printed on separate sheet.

 

 

Question: I have bought E-tickets, should I print them out only in coloured version?

Answer: E-tickets can be printed out as black&white also, they don’t have to be coloured. General recommendation is to use laserprinter instead of inkjet printer.

 

 

Question: I have bought hard ticket(s) and ordered for the delivery courier service. How many days will be the delivery?

Answer: Courier service is normally available on business days between 09:00 and 18:00. If the courier is unable to deliver the ticket to the customer at the agreed address within 5 business days, the courier service shall be deemed rendered (the delivery fee shall not be refunded) and the customer can collect the ticket at the Ticketpro sales point(s) of the customer’s place of residence or seat. The customer agrees that it is the obligation of the customer to co-ordinate the place and time of receiving the ticket by the courier service provider within 5 business days following the purchase. The courier service provider and the person purchasing the ticket(s) shall agree on the time of delivery and acceptance of the ticket(s).

 

 

Question: I have bought hard ticket(s), but the ticket(s) have been destroyed (ticket has been destroyed in the fire or the ticket has been stolen), is it possible to restore ticket(s)

Answer: In our office it is possible to exchange destroyed / stolen ticket(s) to a new ticket(s). The service is charged by handling fee. Exchange can be done only by person who bought the ticket(s) from Ticketpro system. This person has to have ID document with him / her and also a petition to the police about fire / theft.

 

 

Question: I have bought hard ticket(s) and unfortunately lost it. Is it possible to get a new one?

Answer: Person who bought ticket(s) is fully responsible for its safety and in that case Ticketpro cannot issue a new ticket(s).

 

 

Question: Is it possible to re-generate hard ticket(s) into E-ticket(s)?

Answer: It is not possible to re-generate hard ticket(s) into E-ticket(s).

 

 

Question: I have forgotten my hard ticket(s) to another city / country, is it possible to enter to the venue with copies of the hard ticket(s)?

Answer: It is not possible to enter the venue with copies of hard ticket(s). Entering to the venue is possible only with original hard ticket(s).

 

 

Question: I have bought E-ticket(s), is it possible to exchange them to hard ticket(s)?

Answer: According to our Business Conditions Ticketpro does not perform tickets exchange.

 

 

Question: I would like to buy a ticket from hand to hand. Is it possible to come to Your office in order to ensure me that the ticket is not fraud?

Answer: Ticketpro does not perform authenticity check. Buying tickets from hand to hand is buyer’s own responsibility. Ticketpro general recommendation is to not buy from hand to hand E-tickets.

 

 

Question: I have bought 5 tickets to an event and would like to sell back 2 of them, is it possible?

Answer: According to our Business Conditions Ticketpro does not buy back tickets.
