1. I am unable to log into the Webshop.
If this is the first time you are shopping with us, you must first register in our Webshop. Information about ticket prices can be found in the details for each event.
2. Is it possible to pre-order tickets for events?
The pre-ordering of tickets is not available.
3. How is it possible to select a suitable seat in the venue?
To select a seat in the venue click “Show seating chart”, a new window appears where it is possible to select the desired seat by clicking on it. Following that, click on “Add to basket”. It is located on the right-hand side of the window.
4. Is the payment confirmation letter I received in my e-mail after purchase regarded as a ticket?
No, this is only an informative notice of purchase. When going to an event, it is your obligation to print the e-ticket from the Ticketpro home page Webshop section. The payment confirmation e-mail is not sufficient verification to enter the event.
5. How many tickets can be purchased at a single purchase?
At a single purchase, it is possible to buy up to 8 tickets unless the organizer has set additional restrictions. If it is necessary to buy more than 8 tickets, please contact Ticketpro by writing to info@ticketpro.lv.
6. I have bought e-tickets, how will I get them?
E-tickets should be downloaded and printed out from the Ticketpro Webshop https://shop.ticketpro.lv/EN/Account/LogOn, where you have to log in with your e-mail (used at registration) and password.
7. I have forgotten my Webshop password, how will I get the e-tickets?
If you have forgotten your password go to https://shop.ticketpro.lv/EN/Password/Lost and fill out the e-mail field and click the “Send” button. Follow the instructions which will be sent to your e-mail address.
8. If I don’t have a printer at home, is it possible to print the e-ticket somewhere else?
Yes, your e-ticket can be printed at any computer and printer at your convenience.
9. I have bought e-tickets, do I have to print them out in colour?
E-tickets can be printed out in colour as well as black & white. In general, it is recommended to use a laser printer rather than an inkjet printer.
10. I have bought paper tickets and ordered an international courier service as the delivery method. How many days will take for worldwide delivery?
The courier service usually takes 10-15 business days, following the purchase, to deliver tickets. The courier service is normally available on business days between 10am and 5pm. The courier service provider and the person purchasing the tickets shall agree on the time of delivery and acceptance of the tickets after the courier service has contacted the client.
11. I have bought a paper ticket, but the ticket has been destroyed (in a fire or has been stolen), is it possible to replace the ticket?
In our office it is possible to exchange destroyed / stolen ticket to a new ticket. A handling fee is charged. The exchange can be done only by the person who bought the ticket from the Ticketpro system. This person has to have valid ID with him / her and also a police report about the fire / theft.
12. I have bought paper ticket and unfortunately lost it. Is it possible to get a replacement?
The person who bought the ticket is fully responsible for its safety and in that case Ticketpro cannot issue a new ticket.
13. Is it possible to convert paper ticket to e-ticket?
It is not possible to convert paper ticket to e-ticket.
14. I have forgotten the original paper tickets in another city / country, is it possible to enter the venue with copies of the paper tickets?
It is not possible to enter the venue with copies of your paper tickets. Entering the venue is only possible with the original paper tickets.
15. I would like to buy a ticket from a ticket reseller. Is it possible to come to your office in order to ensure that the ticket is a valid original?
Ticketpro does not perform authenticity checks. Buying tickets from a ticket reseller is the buyer’s own responsibility. Ticketpro’s general recommendation is to not buy e-tickets from ticket resellers.
16. Can a company purchase tickets and receive a receipt?
Yes, beforehand please contact Ticketpro representatives by writing to info@ticketpro.lv.
17. What is the minimum age for a child to attend an event?
In most cases events do not have age restrictions. But please keep in mind that up to the age of 16 it is forbidden to be in a public place from 10pm to 7am unless the minor is accompanied by an adult.
18. Up to which age can a child attend an event for free?
A child is required to purchase a separate ticket at all ages unless the organizer has defined differently.
19. Can photo and video equipment be brought into the event?
It is forbidden to use professional video, audio or photo equipment at all the events.
