Conditions of use for the online store

Conditions of Use of Ticketpro Baltics Ltd. Online Store

When connecting to Ticketpro Baltics Ltd.’s online store (hereinafter - Webshop), its visitors and users (hereinafter - the customer) agree to comply with the following provisions:

1. General terms and conditions
1.1. Webshop services are provided by Ticketpro Baltics Ltd., registration number 50103225561, e-mail info@ticketpro.lv, website www.ticketpro.lv (hereinafter - Ticketpro).
1.2. Ticketpro is not the event organizer and not a representative of the organizer, artist, or any other person who is responsible for the event’s content, information, quality or advertising.
1.3. Ticketpro sells tickets on the request of the organizers and is not entitled to set or change the ticket prices, seating, nor other parameters.
1.4. Ticketpro does not redeem tickets sold and does not change them nor compensate lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. All rights and obligations of the tickets and the event are defined by the organizer of the event, and Ticketpro is not responsible for the rights and obligations of the content and performance.
1.5. Information on the specific event organizer is available on the Ticketpro website, as well as indicated on the ticket.

2. Ticket purchase
2.1. A customer can purchase up to 8 tickets at one purchase unless the event organizer has provided additional restrictions. Ticketpro has the right to terminate a customer’s ticketing process due to an excess of tickets purchased.
2.2. Ticket prices and the number of tickets available at a particular price are subject to change until tickets are added to a customer's shopping basket.
2.3. At one event, tickets may be available in different price categories. Any special ticket offers and prices offered by the organizers, along with the rules, are set out in the description of each individual event or on the event organizer's website.
2.4. In the case that the ticket is purchased with a special discount, Ticketpro does not verify the existence of the necessary rules or documents for the discount. The customer's right to use the ticket at a discount is verified at the event site.
2.5. As it is not possible to pre-order tickets via the Webshop, the purchase must be made immediately. Ten minutes are allocated for the payment of tickets in the Webshop. Payment can be made with Swedbank, Nordea or SEB online banking or by using a VISA or MasterCard credit card.
2.6. If the customer chooses to receive tickets via “The courier - Latvian city”, “The courier - Outside a Latvian city”, “The courier - Estonia and Lithuania” or “The courier - Worldwide”, the purchase of tickets in the Webshop ends 10 days before the date of the event. By choosing the “e-ticket”, the purchase of tickets shall be terminated 15 minutes before the start time, unless the event organizer has provided otherwise.
2.7. If within 10 minutes the customer has not made the payment, the transaction has not happened, and the tickets will be returned to trade within two working days, and the customer will have to make the purchase again.
2.8. With suspected fraudulent behavior concerning ticketing transactions, Ticketpro shall have the right to cancel any purchase. For the usage of other persons online banking, credit cards or payment card data the guilty party may be held liable in accordance with Latvian Criminal Law.

3. Ticket collecting
3.1. E-ticket

3.1.1. By selecting to receive an e-ticket (ticket type to be printed on your own), after the payment, when returning to the vendor, it is possible to print the ticket immediately, or save it for printing later. The e-ticket is not sent to the customer's e-mail, but after connecting with the customer's e-mail address and password, it is available for download at the Ticketpro website under the Webshop section.

3.2. Receiving via courier
3.2.1. By selecting to receive tickets via courier, the customer receives the tickets within 10 working days after the money transfer. The customer's liability is to specify the exact address and phone number.
3.2.2. If the courier cannot deliver the ticket to the customer in the specified place and time on business days from 10am to 5pm due to the customer's negligence, the courier will deliver the ticket to the Ticketpro office in Riga, where the customer can obtain them by contacting Ticketpro via the phone or e-mail given in the website Contact section. In this case, charges for courier delivery to the customer will not be refunded.
3.2.3. Upon reception of the ticket the customer must show proof of identity - passport, identity card or driver's license.
3.2.4. Ticketpro is not responsible for delays in the delivery of tickets which arose because the customer specified incorrect data, has not been found at the address provided or any other of Ticketpro's independent conditions.
3.2.5. In the event your tickets are not received on time, the customer is obliged to immediately notify Ticketpro via email at info@ticketpro.lv.

4. Liability of the Parties
4.1. Liability of Ticketpro

4.1.1. Ticketpro does not verify the customer's identity, except for the e-mail and password.
4.1.2. Ticketpro is not responsible for the information and opinions posted on the website at the event organizer's request or posted by the website visitors.
4.1.3. Ticketpro is not responsible for any information located on other websites to which the Ticketpro website references or links.
4.1.4. Ticketpro is not responsible for ticket exchange or reimbursement if the event is canceled, postponed or the venue has changed. Ticket exchange or reimbursement is organized by the event organizer, or Ticketpro, if the event organizers have organized such an agreement. In this case, the customer will just be reimbursed the ticket face value. Delivery charges and the Webshop service charge, if any was fixed at the time of purchase of the tickets, will not be refunded.
4.1.5. Ticketpro is not responsible for the event, including its cancellation, advertising or other information, as well as any losses or other claims in connection with the event. All complaints about the event, its contents, quality or advertising is to be submitted to the organizer.

4.2. Liability of the Customer
4.2.1. The customer testifies to be a competent adult of at least 18 years.
4.2.2. The customer is responsible for the appropriate use of the Webshop. The customer agrees not to interfere with Webshop activities and technical solutions. Any activity that causes, or may cause, an Webshop system overload or Webshop activity disturbance is prohibited. Any Webshop monitoring and the acquired data, as well as content copying, reproduction, use or republishing (including for ticket sales, advertising and other activities), including references to Ticketpro, is prohibited without the prior written consent of Ticketpro.
4.2.3. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the passwords used do not come in contact with a third party. The customer is obliged to immediately inform Ticketpro if their password has reached a third party.
4.2.4. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their own payment card is used for the ticket purchase.
4.2.5. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the tickets are stored in a proper location. Direct sunlight, heat or chemicals may damage tickets.
4.2.6. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the tickets are stored in a safe place and not duplicated. The first e-ticket bearer shall be admitted to the event.

5. Other provisions
5.1. Ticketpro is entitled to process personal data submitted by the customer to the extent necessary to ensure the ticket purchase transaction, ticket delivery, as well as monitoring the implementation of these regulations.
5.2. The customer agrees to receive the Ticketpro information newsletters to their specified e-mail address.
5.3. Subject to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 207 “Concerning the distance contract” Point 15.11. the customer cannot use the right of withdrawal after the purchase.
5.4. Ticketpro has the right to block access to the customer's Webshop and / or cancel a customer's purchase of tickets, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these rules have been violated.
5.5. Any dispute between the parties arising out of these terms or the use of the Webshop shall be settled by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Latvian law in the Republic of Latvia court system.
